When I add the havoc title to a scurrg (Nym), sometimes the title is added to the modification slot instead of the title slot. Sometimes I add the title and it goes back to the ship list without adding the title to the ship at all. Occasionally, the title gets added to the title slot. In all cases, the title's effect on the upgrade slots (remove crew, add Astro and sensor) does not happen.
