Can you still use Heras ability on red maneuvers (it says reveal red or blue) on the turn you trigger Leia?

No. Leia is not optional and triggers and is resolved well before Hera would trigger. Once Leia has been used, no ship in her fleet has any red moves that round, regardless of whether they're yet revealed.
