If i use AS on Whisper, Decloak, gain an evade, then adv sensor a lock ( Due to krenik) or something like that, would i still gain a evade if i preform an attack that hits? Or do the adv sensor thing cancel it out?

Works, since you gain an evade marker rather than perform an evade action. Even the end of round recloak works, because that effect also states that you receive a cloak marker rather than perform a cloak action. These effects even work when stressed!

It's worth noting: the drawback on Advanced Sensors--that you cannot perform additional actions--is only a restriction during your activation. That is, from the time the ship reveals its dial to the time it's finished with all movement and actions and other triggers. There is anti-synergy with TIE Defenders, since the free evade action happens during the Defender's activation.

With a Phantom, the free evade action from Stygium when you decloak happens in the Systems phase. Advanced Sensors shuts off other actions during your own activation in the Activation phase (so it won't interfere with something like coordinate). Whisper's ability assigns an Evade token (so it doesn't count as an action anyhow), but even if it was an action, it happens in the Engagment phase, long after the AdvS restriction has expired.

Phantoms are one of the few ships that really doesnt care about the AdvSensor limitations for this very reason.

Its restrictions are your activation. Well the phantoms all GET tokens instead of do actions during their activation (if they get any) and all the other stuff is out of activation anyway.
