If a ship is firing out of an arc other than their front arc, can they still potentially take advantage of their bullseye (say, for upgrades like Predator), if the stars align for a perfect shot?

Predator specifies Primary attack.

Good catch. Ok, so same question, but let's make the ship a YT-1300... can it make a primary (turret) attack out of its side arc, but still get predator if it happens to have the bullseye as well?

I don’t see why not! It doesn’t say you need to be attacking from the Bullseye arc, just that the defender be in it.
