More countries have launch parties for sure, I know because I'm going to one that isn't on the list.
Also worth noting that according to FFG the United Kingdom gained and regained quite a few colonies, like for example:
Athens, Bern, Bratislava, Brno, Bucharest, Budapest, Perth, Praha, Saarbrücken

I'm in Charlotte, NC and we wont evacuate, but depending on when the storm hits it might ruin the party. If you make it up this way, let me know.

We changed plans at the last minute, decided to stay. We have the high ground, so we’re fine from flooding. Lost power at 6:15pm today. Hoping I can convince my sister to play one last epic 1.0 mega match instead of a hastily thrown together dnd campaign.
