Use those 5pts to make one of them Kaa'to Leeachos? Or maybe take some proton rockets on two of them.

Overall, and despite the fact that discharge vanes synergises with feedback array pretty well, seeing bug-zappers with more than one upgrade on them makes me uncomfortable. Could be fun in the right situations though.

Not a bad idea though Leeacho stealing tokens from squad mates rubs me wrong. A Black Sun Soldier running Predator might fit a bit better for me.

I don't know, you could run 5 Khiraxz for that and you lose HP and effective damage (since TLs are hard to get) in exchange for a neat trick you can only use while blocking.

How about a slightly different take?

The missiles are the only reason I worry - a lot of points on some VERY fragile ships. Another ship instead sits nicer to me.

I see Jostero's synergy, the last 2 Binayri though look a bit like dead weight now. Maybe switch them out for an arc dodge Ion Jast?

This is probably a better direction. Depending on your meta I might consider switching out Quinn Jast for Dace Bonearm in the Moldy Crow, as the bug zappers lose a lot of their strength against medium and large ships without reliable ion disruption.

The once per 3 rounds on Dace makes him look a bit iffy against anything but an ace or boat list. Though a swarm could give the bug zappers problems as well, the feedback effect could stack very quickly if I can get them into contact. Just need to dodge the joust till I can get the opportunity to crash in with the pirates

i dont think you'll do enough damage. Any proton torpedo carrier will get a target lock after you move into range and one-shot most of the z's. they shouldn't have nerfed the range of the feedback. There really is no reason to fly a z95 now except that most of us scumbags still have 6-7 of them. this list barely worked in 6-7th wave 1.0and that was with 7-8zs. the price of the scum Z got raised for some reason

If no one flies something, than no one is finding the flaws. If the flaws aren't found, than there is no way to get them fixed. If the flaws are only discovered during list building and not demonstrated on the table because no one flies the ship, than the developers have no reason to fix the problem since its existence has little visible impact at the moment. Problems that don't get fixed narrow what is playable till you have only a few possible lists. The end result sound familiar?

if someone gives me a red crayon, I don't need to color all the pages in the coloring book to know what color my crayon was going to be.

The zapper is the flaw. It used to be range 1 it's not anymore. You won't get to use it enough to make it worth it's points. "You'll be Dead!" as the good Doctor used to say. Getting something that is nerfed and making it cost more and add bloat and reduce the number of ships (Zs would go pop way too easily as it is) is not a way to fix something.
