As per title topic. There will be a complete card list when the game will launch?

I searched but didn't find this particular topic. I suppose yes but...

Probably not from FFG, as they want to 'keep the sense of finding new stuff alive'. But the internet already has a nearly-complete spoiler list. I don't have the link to it, but I'm sure a quick search will turn it up.

I already found that but I wonder why the complete list cannot be released from FFG.

Besides internet will find a way but they're scans and in poor quality. For me this will be a good service for the community.
