To reply to the OP.... If it isn't an official FFG design I will not use it. Not talking about the models ( I have modded my ISDs with Mels turrets, and got my comms Gozanti from him) but the actual ships. Aside from tourney legality ( I'm mostly a tourney player) I just happen to have an aversion to house rules in general.
