That's not an insult...I loved WFRP 3e.
I'm just hearing about genesys now. It sounds similar but more rules light?
The page isn't giving me enough of a run down....so tell me a bit about it?

WFRP 3e dice was ffg’s “Narrative Dice 1.0” they then evolved them into the Star Wars system which I would call “Narrative Dice 2.0”
Recently they released Legend of the 5 Rings rpg which is sort of a “Roll and Keep Narrative Dice” which is quite different.
So on the front of the ND1 and ND2 they are extremely similar, but definitely different. The Reckless/Conservative system is gone, along with the Fatigue/Delay symbols. But ND2 maintains the 3 axis system of dice symbols with basically the same effect for each; now called Success/Failure, Advantage/Threat, and Triumph/Despair.
Characteristics have changed, there’s 2 physical and 4 mental instead, the average characteristic is now 2 now as well. All the different cards are gone too, as well as the WFRP career system. Instead you have one career and a thing called a talent can be purchased to improve your character in a way similar to all the different cards from WFRP
I never played WFRP 3.0, but I believe they also tried to reduce the volume of dice you'll be rolling in one check. At least they put a hard dice cap on certain benefits.
