I received 3 emails this morning; 2 (order in process emails) and 1 (cancellation email of a pre-order); so I called. And good thing I did. There seems to be a glitch in the ordering system where anything ordered with Lando's Falcon Expansion Pack (which is the issue causing the cancellations). Is being kicked out of the system and the Lando's Expansion Pack is needing to have the order replaced to make sure it ships with the other items in any pre-order (if you are shipping them all together).
The customer service rep was able to fix (supposedly) my shipping/pre-order to make sure everything was now going through together as planned, but I needed to check my bank account as well to make sure I was not being double charged for any glitch due to the ordering cancellation/shipping, reorder. So if you pre-ordered anything I'd check the order carefully. I was told everything should ship together end of this week, beginning of next to arrive a day early or on the 13th exactly.
Update: With confirmation of issue
"Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. ......... These orders will ship together and the shipping costs for the pre-order......(with Lando’s Falcon) will be free. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the items ship from our warehouses and if you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us again."
