Yes. The deadline is Friday. Any resubmissions will be the one I consider.
If something is WAY off, I'll contact you. However, if you throw something weird in there, don't expect me to question it

I can think of several people who'd want to BLOC the idea of dividing Europe up like that.
Hopefully THE tournament MARSHAL has a PLAN to deal with that problem...
On an unrelated note, I have forgotten what list I submitted. I now have to decide between submitting another list or just waiting to see what I put in and living with it.

(Fun fact, when I won VAssal world cup with clonisher, I thought I had submitted a different list and was surprised when I had the clonisher still. Worked ok for me :P)

FYI, NA East is heavy, West is light. I will move players at random to NA West once fleets are in to create:
Europe - 24 players
NA East - 22 Players
NA West - 20 Players
Get your fleets in! As soon as I have tall of them, I'll post them and we'll begin Round 1.
