I am afraid that there is one part of the game that I am just not getting. On page 25 of the rule book, it states that "lines from a given group to the same side of the conspiracy are not considered to be additional links,only lines connecting to different sides of the conspiracy." Now the picture below shows two lines (green and red) that link to the Jinteki, and seem to be going to the same side, but are examples of TWO different links. I seem to be misunderstanding what a link is in the conspiracy. Could someone make this a little more clear for me?

If a person or unit is linked to from the same side of the conspiracy (e.g. the line extending left from the eye) it is considered to be only one link. The example is confusing, but try to follow the different links from the conspiracy forward.

The eyeball piece at the center of the puzzle has 4 sides. Every one of those 4 sides that is linked by a blue line to a group at the edge of the puzzle is 1 link. Thus, if you link the right side of the eye to Mayor Wells, that's 1 link. If you link the top and bottom of the eye to Commissioner Dawn, that's 2 links.
