Destiny- Standard Constructed 12:00 p.m.

The Gold Squadron Classic is the first of many Gold Squadron large scale events. For our first event we will be running a charity of event to support the Boy Scout of America. All proceeds from this event will go towards Troop 301 and players will be very much rewarded for their participation. Star Wars: Destiny will be one of the featured games at this event. All these events have limited attendance and these events will sell out so don't wait!

• Star Wars: Destiny tournaments are played over a number of Swiss rounds with a cut to single elimination rounds based on the number of participants.

• Swiss Rounds are 35 minutes Single Elimination Rounds (except Finals): 90 minutes each

• Each player must build one team of characters and a 30-card deck to use in a tournament. A team of characters must include at least one character and cannot exceed 30 points, though it may contain fewer than 30 points. A team can include up to one plot. A player may choose to field heroes or villains, but cannot have both on his or her team. A player can include neutral characters on any team. Each deck must contain exactly 30 cards, but cannot contain more than two copies of the same card. All cards in a deck— except gray cards—must match its color with one of the characters on the corresponding team. If a player has a team of all neutral characters, his or her deck cannot contain hero or villain cards.

• Each player is responsible for bringing a legal deck following Fantasy Flight Games Rules Reference and tournament documents.

Round 1 Start- Noon Sharp (don't be late)

The Boyscouts will be providing us with a huge spacious venue. They will have food & drink available through out the day and will even deliver it to you! Adult beverages will be able for those 21 and older. Vendors will be on hand to buy and sell star wars merchandise.

Honestly it depends on the number of players. The event will be capped at 64 players & 6 rounds but we aren't near that. But even if we were that would be a 4.5 hour event max.

Thanks for running the event - I had a good time. It doesn't hurt that I won more than I lost, which is pretty surprising for someone who has been playing this game less than a month and didn't have a single legendary card in my deck.
