Today afther tornamen I realised that I wrongly use 7th efleet upgrade (had 4 of them).

My question is:

"Is it possible to use taped 7th fleet card (card texy) to tap other 7th fleet card on annother ship"

I thing not but bo w dont have rules around

If your own one is exhausted, you can still exhaust others, as exhausted things are still “active”.

The only thing you can’t do is exhaust something that’s already exhausted - but other text remains.

This is why MS-1s don’t see much use. Even if you exhaust someone’s XI7s, they can still use them...
