Hello I noticed that page 45 of the main book, the expert advance for the Adept should be 750 and not 500.

No, it's correct at 500. Or at least most other careers have a similarly priced advance, Arbitrators - Toughness, Guardsmen - Strength, Assassins and Scum - Agility,

Only Clerics, Psykers, and tech priests don't for various reasons.

Page 44 Adept's career rank table :

• Loremaster Lexographer should be Loremaster
• Loremaster Magister should be Magister
• Logister Compttroller should be Logister
• Sage Logister should be Sage

If I remember right, some of these are fixed in the official Errata.

The V.3.0 Errata should be the correct version. The FFG published books are supposed to include all of the Errata V.1.0, as well as most; if not all, of the V.2.0; but no completely updated copy of the Core or the IHB has reached print from my understanding. Additionally, I see little harm in going with the V.3.0 Errata in this instance. No change to XP cost, and access one rank sooner is nothing major.
