Does the TIE Interceptor dial have a 1 bank?

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong dial ("TI" in the unboxing video , right?), but does the TIE Interceptor have a 1 bank?

The final picture in this article appears to show Soontir doing a 1 bank followed by a barrel roll and a red boost, and I'm not sure where that 1 bank is coming from. Is that just a mistake?

Yeah, seems like every article has an obvious mistake. Has been that was way as long as I remember.

I think they make mistakes on purpose, playing to the running gag.

Interceptors may have had 1 banks at one time deep in playtesting, just like phantoms do now. Dial gets changed, article doesnt.
