A Raider-1 with Instigator, Tua, EWS, Ordnance Experts, QLTs, and Flechette Torpedoes is the ultimate anti-squad boat. Put those one-die bombers in one arc, hit speed 0 and never let them move again. Everything except for Instigator, Tua, and EWS is optional though. Useless, but sounds cool.

If you get to use the Instigator+EWS combo why you need Flechette Torpedoes? All their activations consist on is toggling the activation slider.

Instigator + EWS pins them for one turn and keeps the Raider alive through the squadron phase.

Flechette Torpedoes shuts them down the next turn too, as the Raider zooms off into the sunset.

QFT. It's non-trivial to use, but man, if you're already taking a Raider, it's really hard not to supercharge it with Instigator, particularly if Tua is available for that sweet sweet EWS. Just the threat of that ship is a huge deal. Like you said, a Raider isn't exactly easy to dodge.

In the Corellian Conflict I played in, my teammate had a raider with Fletchette Torpedoes, OE, Kallus, Instigator. He warped it in turn 2 in the All-Out Offensive and shut down a ton of squads before Yavaris could activate. It was glorious.
