New preview up for Heroes of Terrinoth. And look who showed up!

It's Astarra from the lore guide! Looks like she did end up learning quite a bit more about the runes. Isn't she the narrator for some part of Runewars the board game, too?

Not sure about runewars but she was in Descent (both editions). The image is the same as what was used in second edition. She was really nice in that game as she could teleport cheaply and her stats were solid.

Lore-wise she was a self-taught mage.

Would be cool to see how she would be translated to runewars miniatures. Maybe something like action to move to range 1 of another friendly unit within range 3, then take a stun?

Astarra is a hero in Runewars, but she's not a narrator. The exposition from the rules introduction is told by Lord Alcaran, a soldier in the Daqan barronies.

And Alcaran is the same guy who found Astarra stowing away in the Lore Guide for Runewars Miniatures Game, right? Man, I'm not as up on the lore as I once was. It's cool to see so much crossover.

True, but we did see Kari with the original announcement for Heroes of Terrinoth. I think this latest article was the first reveal that Astarra is in Heroes of Terrinoth.
