It's still useful for Hera, Zeb and Sabine though. It will also never be a dead draw, which Planning often is if you draw it round 3 or later.

Hour of Need? Can help you recovering quite a bunch of health if it procs with any of the recover abilities

Seems like a "win more" card to me. Great if you're ahead, mediocre if you're behind. also a dead card in your opening hand until round 3

The list doesn't need healing, most of the Spectres already have built in recover and are super tanky defensively anyway, which is why I've also eschewed cards like Brace and Kanan's cc. The lists only weakness is mobility which means a good opponent playing Hunters can easily kite you if you don't have a critical mass of movement point "bursts" in your hand.

I'd add more movement for the Jedi to the deck.

Definitely what's really missing to SC. I use Force Push, Force Rush, Heart of Freedom and Urgency. Because these cards plus Spectre Cell and Ezra's Brash let you move a lot. This makes Pummel very possible and I always bring 2 of them. One more awesome card is Strength in Numbers that allows you to activate Hera, bring her into position for giving bonus and attack later on, then activate one big guy. If needed Specter Cell can still trigger another attack. Basically if you manage to get into Pummel range, with a 2 CC combo (Pummel+Strength in Numbers) you can get 4 attacks in a row. I also believe SC lacks of CC drawing ability and Planning is a must, Officer's Training is a bit more situational as well as Black Market Prices.
