Ever since Crabbok mentioned her, my friend now wants to know if Yaddle will ever get to be in X-Wing?

I'm pretty sure the answer will be no.

He always dreamed of a day Yaddle would single handedly take down Darth Maul.

If we get yoda in a starfighter I suppose that's close enough.
