(7-8: Jump, regardless of jump track location, but lose population equal to the number of players on Allied Basestar).
- Basestar Solvent -- (action): Discard two random cards to repair any one location.
Loyalty (resource): Each time loyalty cards are looked at through Crisis cards, a title changes hands, or a human player is executed, lower the loyalty resource by one. When this resource reaches zero, any human (non-Cylon leader) player may choose to take a Mutiny title as their action on their turn: reset the Loyalty resource to full and the player(s) currently holding the President title and Admiral title are placed in the Brig and give their titles and a Mutiny title (see below) to those next in command (players may choose not to take part in the Mutiny and skip their position in the chain of command).
Mutiny Title: You have usurped power. If the character you have placed in the Brig to receive power from ever leaves the Brig to another location, they may choose to immediately execute you as part of their freedom. If they choose not to execute you, discard this title card. If that character is executed, discard this title card.
