I have one big question.

Can a Y-wing equiped with VTG and Ion Cannon Turret attack twice from the front arc???

The current consensus is yes; one primary and one ICT attack.

I'd say that the answer is yes in this case, but would be no if the primary weapon is a turret (like with the YT-1300). Veteran Turret Gunner uses the turret arc symbol when talking about the bonus attack and when talking about the arc. The Rules reference (page 4) specifies that:

The standard arc that the turret arc indicator is pointing toward is a turret arc in addition to still being a standard arc.

So since the Y-wing's primary weapon is using the standard arc, not the turret arc, when it comes time to use the Bonus attack, you are firing the ICT with the so far unused turret arc.

For ships like the K-Wing, the YT-1300 or any other primary weapon turret ship, the primary weapon uses the turret arc(s) instead of a standard arc. So firing the primary out of the front turret arc would mean that the VTG can only be used to fire the bonus attack out a different turret arc.

And just in case by VTG you mean Veteran Tail Gunner, then no you can't attack twice from the front arc because Veteran Tail Gunner specifies the "you may perform a bonus primary rear firing arc attack."

Double turret indicators give 2 [turret arc]. So that would also work with those.

In opposite directions. The question was about double tapping into a single direction.

i am hoping to do this with a double ghost build
