Decloak opportunity loss seems fair to me. That's the same as anything else: failure is loss of opportunity, but generally without other consequences.

I'm already on record in the Afterburners thread with a preference for not losing the charge, but whatever. Keep making stuff up how I view these things.

I don't mind at all losing an action to a failed target lock attempt. I mind losing a previously existing lock I might have had, and think that's kinda BS.

This ends all Composure shenanigans that I can think of. That's for the best. It clearly wasn't intended as a tool for that. Kinda makes the Lock revisions redundant and excessive, IMHO.
