Play each of them blind seem the most interesting to me, because I don't like to specific deckbuild (not for a deck against a quest so probably also not for a scenario against a deck). But it will depend of the difficulty of the wizard quest though, and according of what I saw it don't seem harder than average nightmare.

It's the easiest Gen Con quest, by far. Even in competitive mode.
