The Vac Attack Mk-127 Concealable Disk Launcher has special rules that allow you to use two of them together. Doing so seems to give the two weapons Linked 2--thus allowing up to three hits. Oddly, no consideration is given for four-armed species wearing three or four of these weapons.

Probably just the same GM fiat that is applied to expanding the two-weapon combat checks to account for more than two arms. IOW, if you think it's ok, then it's ok

Could also be a throwback to the D6 version of the weapon, which had a "shoot three discs at once" option, though that could also be technically covered by the Blast quality the weapon has when firing in multishot mode.
