I was thinking about running this in our next storechamp, i have tested it a few times and i like it.

Major vermil

Vet insticts , ISB Slizer, Diretor Krenic , LWF , Advanced alerons.

Rexler brath, Veteran instincts , X/7

Omega Leader ( LOCKDOWN FFS ) , Juke, Com rly, Multi spec camo

All in all 99 points.

Vermil is a beast in his own, Rexler with Op is truly OP, and beeing abel to have a chanse to trow off a targetlook and still put out deecent dmdg

Midnight and Vermiel are both pretty standard, but Brath... I dunno. I guess he can wreck some low agility ships, but it's awkward. He wants to attack first if he has OptProt, but then he's kinda likely to be unable to use his ability. And if he is using his ability, he's got no dice mods on his attack.

Just switching from Rexler Brath to Maarek Stele and changing nothing else frees up 2 points, and you could put Hull Upgrade on him (What's better than a 7-HP defender? An 8 HP defender!). You'll still attack before the rest of the fleet, and still have a potent crit-based ability.

Personally, I'd run Colonel Vessery instead of Rexler, and put OptProt on Vermiel. They'd all be PS 8 for flexibility, and Vermiel can fire on someone, and Vessery will gain a TL for his attack. You could even do something crazy like put Gunner on Vermiel. Spend a hit or crit with OptProt in order to miss, trigger gunner, and have a TL picked up for the second attack. It's a pretty potent buzzsaw.

Mostly, I just don't like 1e Rexler Brath, but that's just a personal flavor thing.

Rexler is a good choice right now with double reaper soontirs and whispers running around. Ps10 with auto shield dmg is sweet.

I ran a similar build and was largely disappointed with Multispec camo on Meg. I think across two tournaments I ended up using it once, and only at the end of a game that my opponent ended up conceding. I had mentioned not having used it at all, and he target locked her as a favor. Didn't even get to remove it.

That all being said, if you're just looking for a ps 10 or 11 ship to have in, I would say QD or Vader is probably the best bet. QD with LWF, SpecOps, Adaptability, FCS and tech of choice comes out to 35 points and lets you put stealth device on Omega Leader with a 0 point bid. Can run the list as all 8s or 2 8s and a 10. Likewise if you think you'll see a lot of Black 1 Poe, you can drop the tech from QD and have Inqy and a 0 point bid. A standard Vader with adaptability gives you a 1 point bid in the first build and another potential target for OP, but it really works wonders on Vermeil.

hmm, both things are tempting, Might try out Mareeek, Hes a beast , perhaps give him juke even. Il loose the bid but he will punch trough stuff hard

Makes sense.

If you're choosing Rexler for PS 10 and not the ability, than it's fine. Moving after aces is nice. But his ability is mediocre at best. Situational and you're preventing yourself from modding dice to get it.

I could see Vi Vessery as a good option. triple Ps 8's would be awesome.

Ideally, the Camo on Omega is not that useful. If it's against a swarm type list, than yes, but in the end game, one on one, there's no point in it. I think you'd be better served to put it on the defender
