The A-wing was equipped high-tech jammers and sensors so that it would be a force to be reckoned with. When I learned that the A-wing lacked a system slot to equip something like a Tactical Jammer (Which it canonically had), I was disappointed. But it turns out that Gameplay has to be > fluff.

Ps, I am talking about old canon and 1.0 here for my examples.

Actually, the RZ 2 is noted as having improved sensor jamming systems. The RZ 1 is more bare-bones (some aren't even supposed to have shields). It wouldn't surprise me if the RZ 2 comes with a Sensor slot or possibly a Config that provides a Jamming feature of some sort. Of course, jamming in this sense is likely just for attacks versus the individual fighter, so may be easily denoted with the incorporation of Stealth Device, which the RZ 1 cannot get, but maybe that's the easy solution for the RZ 2 (?).

All of my info was legends, which was canon when the A-Wing released in 1st Edition.
