At the start of the activation phase, if you are inside an enemy's primary firing arc at R1 and they are not in your firing arc, you may choose to activate at PS0. If you do, you must perform a red 0 stop maneuver instead of the maneuver on your dial.

At the start of the end phase, you may choose a friendly ship at R1 that does not have any stress tokens, assign it a stress token, and perform a free boost action.
