So this list balances two different approaches to missile combat, to put all but guarenteed damage down on aces before cleaning up support.
The inquisitors are throwing unmodded or lightly modded 4 die attacks on the initial joust, which may tempt high agility ships to risk the attk roll. Regaardless, there's no way for an enemy ace to game the Lock range, they've got force deadeye. Afterboth homings are spent, it drops to a 2 die primary with FCS, for harassing low agility high health ships.
The Rhos, on the other hand, are sustained missileboats. ASLAM Lock the aces,and either throw homings at long range or clusters at Short, then turn & Burn, working the way down the list, breaking off to reload occasionally.
