Thing is, what you describe as a “nice gesture”, some people would describe instead as a “slap in the face” if it was anything short of a new model.

This was a continuation of the previous page's discussion (which you took part in) on why another ISD model (Tector) would be unlikely in the game. This post was meant to be a compromise to people that wanted to see it in the game, with the other option being to do nothing. But thanks for correctly stating something that we all know to be true about the Armada community: No matter what FFG does, there are always going to be Armada players that are going to complain about it.
