So my Bombers got flattened by PS10 Rexlar/Boba/Nyms gearing up for the last round of store championships so might be time to go all out in the PS war.

How about:

Vader w/ VI, Adv. Targeting Computer (31)

Quickdraw w/ VI, Special Ops Training, FCS, Threat Tracker, LWF (37)

Captain Feroph w/ PtL, Kylo Ren, TIE Mk II +/- Adv. Ailerons (31)

Total 99.

If I can get a Blinded Pilot in with help from jamming I could get a bit of damage on something early but I'm wondering if it is too tricky and just doesn't have the fire/staying power to compete. Any comments?

Feroph WANTS his ailerons, so he does NOT want to be stressed - PTL is not great there. I've seen Predator used to great effect. However, he really wants ISB slicer to ensure thr target is actually jammed. And because he wants to be jamming, Kylo is not the best. This list has damage output enough. If you want to go Kylo, I'd get a generic reaper.

My only comment on the other ones is that I think AdOptics would be much better than threat tracker on QD, boosting the offense.

I do like me some Kylo. You don't think Feroph can jam and show the dark side? What benefit does advanced ailerons bring? I was more interested in doing the two actions than his ability.

The thing about Reapers is that they are very clunky if stuck to their greens. Ailerons and full dial is among the most adaptable movement in the game.

He literally can jam and kylo, but I don't know if the jam is worth it then.

For a Kylo reaper, how about this list?:

Vader (VI, title, ATC)

QD (VI, FCS, AdOptics, LWF, title)

Scarif Base Pilot (title, LWF, Kylo, Krennic)

Action is free to kylo, defense is a bit better, and the condition WILDLY increases damage output. Condition could go on Vader or the reaper - either would work very well.

Well, MK II would give the reaper 9 green maneuvers, so, there are plenty of PTL options with it. Ailerons gives the reaper more maneuverability, but 9 is still plenty. I definitely think advanced optics is a stronger tech upgrade than threat tracker. If he could both boost and barrel maybe, but you don't have enough options with just the one. Dropping down AO would give you a point to bump the reaper up to vermeil. you would lose your bid, but I think it would be worth it.
