I want to know what everyone else is arguing about!
Anyone know of any copies for sale, now in the UK? Leisure Games will have it in on the 7th, no news from GamesLore.
(I'm in Nodnol at the weekend so may be able to pick it up if available)
Ascension in the UK?
According to the guys in my local store (passing on info from their supplies, Esdevium Games, who supply most, if not all, of the game stores in the UK), the shipment containing Ascension got held up in customs (not that uncommon, apparently), and will be in next week. Lure of the Expanse (for Rogue Trader) apparently will arrive at the same time.
Still awaiting copies here although my FLGS has said they will be getting copies on April 6th.
Search e-bay, there is a vendor with six for sale. Price is a bit steep though:
Maelstrom Games UK lists the release date as 24/4... which is still a while away.
I pre-ordered mine ages ago, but hopefully it gets sent out soon.

What I can't get out of my head is the mental image of two members of Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs each with a copy in hand discussing the finer points of the Primaris Psyker Ascended career; and it was their ongoing argument over the last week that held it up & out of our grubby mits!

Soon I believe we in the UK can be taking part of the "is Ascension the best thing since sliced bread/biggest threat to the existence since the LHC"...

You owe me a new fleece vest. I spilled soda all down it laughing at the mental image. Luckily it's cold in my office so I don't have a huge stain on my white shirt!
Well it's here now - got the call at work from our local retailer and picked up my copy at lunchtime.
"Lure of teh Expanse" was in too but I could only afford one shiny new book...
