When is that gonna happen?
Age of War with L5R facelift?
Give me L5R Dynasty Warriors and I will go out and buy a current console for the first time ever.

I want to like this more than just the once I'm allowed to.
I'd take L5R skinned, Bushido Blade, and Romance of Three Kingdoms, while we're talking about it.
I was just asking about Age of War since FFG owns both and both are samurai themed.
Just about any L5R card or competitive video game which lasts 20-25 mins/game. can't commit 1 hour for a game.
Please spare me the "My game are 35 mins/ I played two 60 min games in my entire life".

Kami, I would love this.
The 1st game takes place during the first 100 years of Rokugan. Each new installment adds another century to it with new stages, characters, stories, etc.
Other then that, I would love a L5R Rokugan Tactics (like FF Tactics) game as well.
I want Total War: L5R.

I've wanted this for... I dunno, like 10 years now?
I’ve always liked the individual stories of L5R more than the great battles, so...
I want a L5R Bioware RPG (single player, forget about MMORPG), in the line of Kights of the Old Republic.
Turn-based combat, decision-driven story (different story for each clan, of course), a moral/Honor System, growing skill tree with different specialization depending on class (courtier/Bushi/Shugenja) and clan...
Shoot for the stars, I say.

BioWare would begin making a great game, then EA would start breathing down their necks about making the release date, cutting this, adding that, and maybe making changes to the design team.
In the end, we'd be left with a mediocre game with hints of brilliance, but give it a few months and it will be $10 on Origin! That's a steal!

In fairness Bioware did make this.

Well, yeah, but it was real-time combat, very linear, and the story too simple and too short.
Don’t get me wrong, it was a fantastic game (and John Cleese voiced Sir Roderick Ponce Von Fontlebottom The Magnificent Bastard, and that’s always a win), and it had a variant of the morality system that wasn’t focused on good/evil, but more on the character’s way of facing problems.
But the L5R game would have to be Jade Empire x 100 just to begin with.
Personally I'd prefer a Tactical RPG (think Final Fantasy Tactics or Fire Emblem).
I'd love if courtiers had a presence on battlefields and seeing them shout at bushi and shugenja.
Or maybe courtiers are important for the "between battles" scenes.
