Okay so I had a chance to play the following yesterday:
Luke Skywalker (man that feels good to write at the top of an X-Wing list): Supernatural Reflexes, R2-D2, S-Foils, Proton Torpedoes (91)
I flew him with Intimidation Arvel and Proton Torp Wedge, they were both decent but Luke was just amazing. It played a LOT like BB-8 Poe but where the game itself features far fewer tokenless mods and thus the force and Luke's ability really stands out. I was spending force like crazy and never ran out, he was all over the shop and with effectively 9hp he can take a hit or two.
I didn't use Wedge very well in the first game, but Luke was still a superstar. Second game he almost solo'd the list and I didn't lose a ship. I'm just not convinced by his wingmates here. On paper they look great but Wedge dies so quickly and maybe I need a tank to go with Luke and Arvel? Or a couple of brawlers that like getting stuck in while Luke flanks?
I would like a 4 point bid at least as Luke going after the other 5's is really important, but that still gives me 105 pts to play with...
Braylen in the B-Wing and Adv Proton/Siesmic Charge Norra in the Y-Wing, both with crack shot?
2x U-Wings with Adv Sens?
3x Crackshot, Proton Rocket Init 2 Z-95's?
A couple of Proton Torp Y-Wings (one being Dutch and both with hull upgrade and crack shot)?
Naked Leebo?
4x Homing Missile Z's?
2x Barrage Rocket, Proton Bomb K-Wings?
Naked Biggs and Kyle with Selfless, Moldy Crow, and Proton Bombs?
2.0 is a bit crazy as everything is so untested and I'm excited to try all these combos out, but in the meantime I'd love some input from some of the players on here already getting a bunch of 2.0 games in.
