Thanks to the help of the original poster in the Facebook group I've got a pretty good re-make of the GenCon Android character sheet. I, hopefully, should be getting a real life look at one of the sheets in the near future. After that I can add in more details that I can't quite make out and do better color matching, but I think this is good in the meantime.

PDF updated. A very kind person from the Facebook group mailed me the physical copies of the GenCon sheets and I was able to get way better color matching and could decipher the watermark graphic.
