If opponent does a linked action? All my Ties (and Echo) get rerolls. Do a red action like a boost or barrel roll? My entire squad gets rerolls. Kill one of my measly ties? Rerolls!

On engagement, Echo doesnt even need to be in range of the enemy, only range 3 of his Ties. So he can hang back and wait until a Tie is killed, that ship gets double stressed, then move in for the kill.

Compare to Howl,Iden + 5 Academies. Howl dies after maybe round 2, and now all rerolls are over.

A very nice list. Sloane is going to be a pain in the neck to bring down, and Ruthlessness gives Echo a bit of a firepower kick without needing to either dabble in stress or give up defensive tokens. The ability to avoid flying in a range 1 'brick' is priceless, too.
