You cannot. Investigating with either card is a separate action (two actions, for Izzie).

It was also concluded (on these forums) that if you were to use Ursula's special reaction to search for Izzie after moving into the location, that it still costs an extra action on Ursula's part. She gets 1 bonus search action, but Search for Izzie is 2 actions.
