Thinking about something along these lines:

Emon Azzameen with Andrasta, Prox Mines, Static Discharge Vanes, Seismic Charges, Gonk, Feedback Array

Captain Jostero with Cluster Missiles and Intertial Dampeners

Unkar Plutt with Seismic Charges, Cikatro Vizago and Cloaking Device

The new Cikatro will let me play 'pass the cloaking device' to get Unkar and Emon cloaked before handing it to Jostero so that I'm not forced to decloak before I want to (Inertial Dampeners serves no purpose here other than having something to swap).

I can't use feedback array while cloaked but once Emon is in the thick of things I'd look to decloak and try the Feedback Array + Static Discharge Vanes combination to cause damage and hand out an ion token. Gonk can then help me with regen.

Jostero's there to get extra attacks (possibly extra, extra attacks using cluster missiles) from anyone suffering damage from the prox mines, seismics, feedback array etc.

You cannot drop or launch a device on the same turn you decloak, but otherwise I don't think it's a problem.
