I recently did my first preorder through FFG and I have a question I have been trying to ask them and I've sent two emails and called them twice and I haven't gotten a response yet and I was wondering if anyone else has been having similar problems. Thanks!

Did you get an automated confirmation email? If you did, it means they will answer, but it takes a while. A LONG one.

If there was no confirmation email... They might have a problema with their system.
