My Palpy list. Using my experience from DtO the o ly thing I can think to make Palpatine truly dangerous is a list that hammers at a the enemy to use the desired token or lose them. It's perfect for a brace turn that forces them to use redirects and then the following turn they can brace but are taking damage straight up.

You can tell I am out of list building practice... Bleh.

I don't think Hardened bulkheads is necessary.

Running over little ships is fun :P

I never used it so I suspect it's Bloat but on a ship like this it's better to take less cards and enjoy ramming to get a result

Why not a Kuat or 1 if you are up close?

Yup. IF! Is a key here becuase it allows me to force crits and damage through which really helps. Yes the Kuat is a good version but the Cymoon gives me early range to use Palp to try and fish evades off ships

The ramming is more for fun becuase it let's me smack ships around then run them over

With one flotilla you can change targeting for most wanted, 2 of 4 tokens barely will be useful and other 2 maybe and if your oponent has strategic...

I definitely need more games. I keep forgetting about strategic

You took one tiny bit and missed the rest.

What's the biggest difference when deal 4 damage and 5? 6 and 7? 8 and 9? What about 2 and 3?

The brace.

You see an extra hit is extra damage but it's best at certain times. It also helps that the extra damage at range once again allows an early turn of pushing all crits and hits through. Who wants to waste valuable evades they may need later on? They only have to survive the turn right?

Two token objectives can be dangerous without Strategic, or squadrons to disrupt any opposing Strategic.

I’m not convinced Palp does more here than Vader for damage- With 3 sets of consistent red range attacks, you should be overwhelming defence tokens anyway!
