Okay so I'm new to this game, I am thinking about getting the russians because their powers seem really awesome. Are there any advantages to the russians? and if there are advantages I know there are disadvantages, what are the disadvantages of the russians?

True, the voivodes can take damage for Zor'Ka, one of the heroes can heal Zor'Ka. They all have abilities that work with one another. Though outside of this, Gorgei is really powerful as well and has nothing to do with their legendary character. Though he is a mercenary and can technically play for any faction.
