I searched the web and FFG site but did not see if they plan on releasing a generic GM screen with the same look as the core book.

Someone know more ?

I don’t think there’s been any news of an official GM screen, though if you dig deep enough into this forum there are a few well done community-created ones.

Part of the issue for a Genesys screen is that by it's nature it will be limited to being very generic. A fantasy Genesys screen vs. a scifi Genesys screen are very different things. You aren't going to be able to include gear or even skill lists that will vary across the genres. So, you are left with a screen that only has a few very generic rules and charts that will only have a portion of what you might need for a specific game. FFG might come out with specific screens for their own genres (Terrinoth, Android), but we will need to make our own screens for homebrew campaigns.

It would be nice if someone took the time to make a generic template in something editable such as Word. Perhaps have the generic stuff that is cross-genre. Then add blank sections for tables of gear, skills, etc, that a GM can insert campaign specific stuff into. Fill it out, apply an appropriate artistic theme to the borders and background (by genre), then print.

I saw some custom gm screens made by fan...will look into those

I think a generic GM Screen would be great, with each setting released getting "GM Cards" that enhance the screen for that particular setting. That way you can have your screen up with the basics, but also have some nice durable cards to use behind the screen.

I've been using a cardboard box cut apart with these attached. You don't have item references due to the nature of Genesys, but pretty much every other rule you could need.

I think I may have asked this of you before, but do you have a version (such as Word) that others could edit?
