Edit: Never mind, I found it. Yeah, those are rumors, to be used "in game" to add...well, rumors, to things like Court. They're for the GM's use in his/her game, in any case, and should NOT be taken as anything "canon".

Oops, my bad. Let's, ummm..., take this as a lesson in not trusting rumors.
