Are there any other major errors in the rulebook that comes with the game besides page 36 with the city tokens? Just wanted to find out before I go printing 30+ pages of the downloadable rulebook.

Not really. There are a few errata listed in the official FAQ, but they really end up mostly being clarifications that are pretty self-evident anyway (such as one for "friendly areas"; the rule as written says if an enemy UNIT is there, it's not friendly, the errata clarifies by saying an enemy STRONGHOLD in a home realm will also not make it friendly anymore).
