Anyone at GenCon seen any storage solutions for 2.0? Card binders? Thought for sure I’d find some kind of cool Star Wars binders but haven’t seen anything.

I'm surprised FFG haven't done some kind of basic storage solution themselves for at least the cards, dials and base cards. Ships and plastic bases are a little harder to manage since you'll probably want some foam for that.

Strangely @drail14me , I've also been thinking about my v2 storage solution. Do you have anything in mind?

as far as general (non-GenCon specific) 2.0 storage solutions go, there have been a couple threads discussing it. Here's one I started a few months back . I'm still trying to figure out exactly what I want to do, and time is running out. Barely more than a month left...

I'm probably going to do with I did with 1.0. Ultimate Guard FlexXfolio 4-Pocket binders, one for each faction and one for upgrades. Then I used a Plano canvas tackle bag with four plano boxes in it for ships and dials. I'll probably set up a 1.0 and a 2.0 bag where all I have to do is swap out the ship boxes quickly.

I've got 3 binders, with 20 pages of 18 full size card slots on each page, for storing the 2.0 cards. 360 slots should be big enough to store a faction with room to grow. Then, when we get the Resistance and First Order conversion kits, one folder should be big enough to hold both factions. Same goes for the Clones and Clankers whenever we get those two factions.

Yeah, for you maybe. You had to get top 32 for that. Me? I didn't make it to round 4 on day 1. 1-2 in the first 3 games and really no chance of doing 3 straight wins to get to day 2.

Hah, I was just joking around. I’m pretty surprised by my success.

Although, I did have a friend go 1-2 and end up 4-2. You should have tried that next round, you never know!

Well done indeed. I know the feeling. I went to the Mandalore Open out in the San Francisco bay area. My plan was to just get as much swag as possible thinking i wouldn't make it out of the first phase. What happens? I get my first top 4 finish in a major tournament ever with my only losses coming to both of the finalists.
