I am very excited but also struggling to make a list I think will be fun while being a potential winner. Besides general advice and tips going into a tournament for the first time, what do you think of this list?

It looks like your list really wants to go first. For this reason I'd swap Expanded Launchers for ACM or APT on the Gladiator. Other than that, it looks fun!

Something about the idea of rushing into black die range with all those ships just seems like a good time to me.
