Palp is like a targeted super Intel officer...

Palpatine is cheaper than Leia...

SSD gets Leia's ability without the drawback AND another commander.

And no nav chart. It just moves straight.

probably on purpose as it looks like can take tua and brunson as well.

Empror is kind of OP. And cheap too. Dont like where this is heading :(.

Also: double fleet command.... by virtue of the fact it’s only speed 2 max and gets tokens automatically, I feel the choice is made of any combination of IF! And STM! Being the choices there

Depends on the upgrade slots.

The Liasons are now OP with the token rule, considering how often you will want to nav and not care about the nav token
