Yes and no. They got nerfed, but the Flotilla cap just gave them an excuse to lifeboat on a Hammerhead, and the Yavaris, Gallant Haven and Rieekan changes were actually pretty easy to cope with.

Hmmmm so does it just lose to other R-Ace lists then or can two players of roughly equal level still have a relatively interesting game?

Shhhh it's its not my Dodonna Torpedo's I don't care... Heck I had to remind myself that the MC75 could take both BUT only 1 crit effect a turn... Though there is that card that let's you pick 2... Ohhh idea
