2 ship cards for standard play, 4 overall. At least, that's what my brain remembers him saying... I see 3 in the image posted by @Lancezh .

I'm interested to see what the "Full Glory" of the SSD is.
So how about all those arguments that the SSD was too big for the game?
This opens up the field. Mandator IVs, if they happen, are clearly going to be released at the same class as the SSD.
