Mockups using the Deployment Card Editor to figure out which words fit the spoiled images above.

Edited with the newly spoiled full Thrawn skirmish card. My prediction was slightly off.

it wouldn't make sense for thrawn's "long laid Plans " ability cuz there is only four types of power tokens. So what happens after round 4 if those token must differ from others. I think it would be more likely to go without different tokens. That just my thoughts.

Wow. Both look super strong. Can't wait to play with both of them.... Together!!! :)

"different WILDCARD TOKENS" is the same language used on Thrawn's campaign card.

I guess Thrawn doesn't plan past round 4. Which makes sense as very few skirmish games last more than 4 rounds.

I tried many other options, "a number of", "an amount of", "some", none of them fit, but when I plugged in the same wording from the campaign card it fit perfectly.

I kinda think that getting 4 tokens in round 5 is also fine. :)

Ya pretty strong, pair this with Death Troopers and Vader has an endless supply of block tokens. Empires answer to not having enough focus support? Seems thematic as well.

1 block token per round max from Thrawn ...

so thrawn is pure CC control

Right, and at least one per round from your eDT's, that is the maximum of two tokens for Vader already.

That depends. Thrawn gives a block token, Vader get's shot and uses that block token. Death Trooper gives a power token, Vader get's shot and uses that block token.

That way Vader received 2 block tokens over all, but never got to 2 block tokens at a time.

When your opponent tries to focus Vader down, that's a likely scenario.

On the other hand, when you have Extra Armor and Vader starts the game with 2 block tokens, then it will be far less likely, that your opponent tries to kill Vader.
